Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Maya Book plans. Maya Book is a digital subscription service run by Inforns IT Solutions, India.

Right now Maya Book is free for everyone until 31 January 2027. No payment is taken during the free period, so there is nothing to refund.

Plans

Plans are prepaid for 1, 6 or 12 months. Plans do not renew automatically – you choose when to pay for the next period.

Cancellation

You can stop using Maya Book at any time. Since plans do not auto-renew, you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can also delete your account from Settings.

Refunds

Within 7 days: if you paid for a plan and are not happy, write to us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
Paid twice or wrong amount: any duplicate or extra payment is refunded in full.
Payment failed but money was taken: it is refunded in full, or the plan is activated, as you prefer.
After 7 days: plan fees are not refundable for the time already started, except where the law requires it.
Accounts closed for misuse under our Terms are not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Payments between you and your clients

Advances and payments your clients send you (for example by UPI) go directly to you. Maya Book does not collect or hold this money, so refunds for mehendi bookings are between you and your client.
